I think there are some widget bottom your post area. Delete it.

Yes. the navbar was deleted. But if you want to add it, just delete this code.
#navbar-iframe { display:none; }

I saw you was put a PageList below the post. I think that area not suitable for that.
I think you can add manually in header area. You can find this code….
